We provide a reliable, consistent and thorough service. Poppies works hard to meet customers needs. We arrive at the agreed time and we do the jobs we have promised will be done. Wherever possible we allocate one regular member of staff to each client and always organise relief cover for holidays and sickness.

Our service begins by carefully selecting a member of our staff to send to our customer's homes. We are different to some  companies who operate as agencies, all Poppies staff are carefully selected, directly employed, trained and supervised by us. Customers need not worry about who is working in their home or deal directly with the tough Laws concerning Employment & Health and Safety which now apply to all employees, including agency staff and private help.

However large or small your home, Poppies customers receive a tailor-made service.  We visit every client so that we can design a service to do the things you want, when and how you want them done. In addition all our services are fully managed and properly insured.
